Your orders should state whether or not you are authorized to arrive and report early, it they do not specifically say you are not authorized to report early, you may assume reporting early is alright. If it is not authorized, do not report early.

When you do arrive, proceed to the Ft. Huachuca Lodging Office for an SNA, or Statement of Non Availablility confirmation number. Army MWR Lodging Central Reservations may issue this number before your arrival if you have made plans to live off post. Most often you should have the option to live in off post housing provided you have Command Authorization, or if there is no space on post, which is most often the case.
